1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Advantec Solutions, Inc., located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

2. Contest Period

The contest is ongoing and will continue until further notice, with periodic drawings after every 3rd new client acquisition based on eligible referrals.

3. Eligibility

• Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Employees of Advantec Solutions, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the referral contest, participants must refer a business with a minimum of 10 computer users, and the referred business must not already be a client with Advantec Solutions.

• Referrals can be submitted via freecruise.advantecsolutions.com, or by email, or by phone.
• Referrals must include valid contact information for the referred business.

5. Prizes

• One vacation cruise, valued up to $5,000, will be awarded after every 3rd qualified new client is booked through referrals.
• If one participant’s referrals result in three qualified client acquisitions, that participant automatically wins the cruise.
• Cruise awards will be issued as a travel voucher or gift card valued at up to $5,000.

6. Winner Selection

• A drawing will occur after every 3rd eligible client acquisition from all qualifying participants, unless a single participant achieves the automatic win criteria.
• Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 business days of the drawing or automatic qualification.

7. Prize Restrictions

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
• If the total cruise cost including booking fees, taxes, and additional fees exceeds $5,000, the winner will be responsible for any amount above the $5,000 prize payout limit.

8. General Conditions

• Referrals must lead to successful, signed agreements with Advantec Solutions, Inc., and new client accounts must be verified and qualified.
• New clients referred must remain active customers for at least 30 days to qualify for the contest.
• The company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and referrals.
• Incomplete or fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.

9. Disqualification

• The company reserves the right to disqualify participants found to be in violation of the contest rules or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

10. Publicity

• By participating, winners agree to allow Advantec Solutions, Inc. to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Legal Compliance

• This contest is void where prohibited by law.
• The contest will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Advantec Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this contest or use of the prize.

13. Contest Termination

• Advantec Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the contest at any time without prior notice.

14. Agreement to Rules

• By participating in the contest, participants fully agree to these rules and the decisions of Advantec Solutions, Inc., which are final and binding.
